PROFILE

Since my early years I’ve been fascinated by how a photographer can choose content, composition and timing to create an image that tells a story of a moment that vanished in time as quickly as the present became the past. So at the age of six I bought my first camera and embarked on a life-time adventure that has seen me travel the world, share my time with amazing people and gain a memory full of moments that make life the experience it is.

My first position in the industry came after school with a technical position in an industrial processing laboratory where I learnt the foundation of film and print processing which is the backbone of image creation. I coupled this platform of knowledge with my time behind the camera and gained entry to one of Englands premier photography colleges where I completed a 3-year degree in photography, film and television. This launched my career which began with 2-years in London then on to Europe, Scandanavia, the Americas and Asia. I finally settled in Australia where I spent my first 4-years as the head photographer for a publishing house which boasted 30+ magazine titles. Since then I’ve been a freelance photographer continually broadening my experience in multiple fields of photography and video, in both the studio and on location, while servicing editorial, advertising and corporate clients.
